Completely refurbished in 2019, the house has retained its old elements which give it its bohemian charm. As soon as you enter, a wooded exterior and an Ipé terrace in the shade of a cool plane tree welcome you. The discreet swimming pool contributes to the Mediterranean atmosphere. The spectacular original glass roof with beautiful curves and two-tone tiles is then revealed and instantly gives the place an undeniable charm. The light punctuates the room used as offices or a summer lounge. The shadows are reflected on the original terracotta floor. The kitchen with its Cassis stone sink has been completely open to the living room; the volume is large and generous.
