Completely redesigned in 2019 by interior designer Caroline Masurel, this Haussmann-style apartment combines classic charm and bourgeois art of living with a lot of modernity. The architect has carefully preserved its original elements such as the Hungarian point parquet flooring, the moldings and the marble fireplace, creating a perfect balance between old-fashioned charm and contemporary luxury. Every detail has been carefully thought out to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. The shades of white, water green, marble and wood blend together in harmony to create an atmosphere of refinement. From the entrance, the architectural bias is strong and brings out the light from the living room which floods the spaces. The black and wood of the claustras are found as a common thread in the apartment, creating unity. The particularly spacious living room has been opened up to take advantage of a large double reception area. In the adjoining kitchen, a custom-made bench marks the room and boldly contrasts with the light worktop. On the night side, the four spacious bedrooms are en suite, with their own shower room or bathroom, and feature plenty of custom-made storage space.
