HAÏKU

Revisited by its owner, it is the result of a renovation respecting the original setting and its classic codes. The result is a warm work space where decorative elements with poetic fantasy rub shoulders with sumptuous marble and wooden fireplaces, moldings, woodwork and high doors topped with stained glass. Each room asserts its personality by bringing together marquetry with particular essences and patterns with wallpapers with unique patterns. The entrance sets the tone and opens on one side onto a first work space taking place in an old reception room magnified by its woodwork. In a row, a second space dressed in tiles develops in soft tones. As an extension, the separate kitchen benefits from a beautiful volume and plays with mixtures by combining old tiles and stainless steel furniture reminiscent of chefs' kitchens. On the other side, there is a row of three spaces benefiting from the warm light of the South and opening in turn onto a long balcony overlooking the heart of a green island. A vintage storage room and numerous storage spaces complete this property.
